Hans Demarmels met Mr. Balkrishna in 1993 while travelling in India. 8 months later, Mr. Balkrishna and his artists were invited to Europe for the first time, participating in the exhibition „Indian Film Poster Painters“ at Palais X-TRA in Zürich.

Hindiposter.com was initiated as a non-profit organisation by Hans Demarmels, advertising consultant and publisher, and Valentina Herrmann, art director. Hindiposter wants to introduce and commission this art form to cinema poster fans around the world.

Hindiposter.com is based in Switzerland, shooting location for many Bollywood movies.

ORDER

Order an original handpainted Bollywood Poster in your preferred size (minimum size 120 x 170 cm).

Choose one of the Cinema Posters or send us your own proposal. The artists in India will paint your original in oil on canvas.
